Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward mails from one email mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email mailboxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
